Abstract Guidelines
- Please submit your extended abstract in accordance with the submission rules outlined in the template.
- The submission deadline will be declared soon.
- Only Word format will be evaluated. Files in PDF, JPG, or similar formats will not be accepted.
- The name and surname must be added to the title of the Word file.
- Submission is required for both oral and poster presenters.
- The event is a peer-reviewed scientific activity in which submitted abstracts undergo evaluation by independent reviewers (peer review/blind review) prior to acceptance.

Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Slides (PowerPoint) must be prepared in English, and presentations must be given in English.
- To avoid delays in the program flow, presentations must be submitted to the relevant staff member during the break before the session.
- Presentation time is 8 minutes (plus 2 minutes Q&A).
- Use 8–10 slides and focus on the unique aspects of the study rather than general information.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
The poster presentations at the 30th International Biomedical Science and Technology Symposium (BIOMED 2026), to be held at the Yeditepe University Rectorate Building, İnan Kıraç Conference Hall, between October 23 and 25, 2026, will be conducted as follows:
Posting and Removal of Posters
- Hang posters before 12:00 on October 23 (Friday) in the area shown by the organization.
- Remove posters after 12:30 on October 25 (Sunday). Posters not removed will be destroyed.
Poster Presentation Hours
- October 23 (Friday) and October 24 (Saturday) between 12:30 and 14:00.
- Presenters are expected to be present at their posters during this time on both days.
Poster Preparation
- Must be prepared in English.
- Size should be A1 (59.5 × 84.1 cm).
- The presenter's name and surname should be underlined, and contact information should be included.
- The originality of the work should be presented clearly, understandably, and attractively.
