Services Included in the Registration Fee and Important Notes

  • Participation (E-certificate, E-proceedings book)
  • Registration fees include 20% VAT.
  • Participants who will be giving oral/poster presentations must pay for registration after the abstract is accepted, and the fee is non-refundable.
  • Participants attending only as listeners (participants who will not be giving a presentation) must also register.

Please make your payment by bank transfer and upload your receipt to the online registration system. IMPORTANT: The payment receipt description must be written as "NAMESURNAME-2506-BIOMED26”.

You can attach your document (e.g., payment receipt and student ID). If you have multiple files, please combine them into a single PDF.

How to register

  1. Participants who will be giving oral/poster presentations must download and fill out the abstract submission form.
  2. Email it to biomed2026@yeditepe.edu.tr.
  3. Students should attach a digital copy (PDF) of their official student ID.
